Manny Beloy opened the meeting with a prayer then welcomed everybody.
Topics discussed:
Game venues - Erle Rodriguez - all venues are secured.
Hotel venues - Ayesha Vega deCastro - group block confirmed - Les Suites is the PIBNA2008 HQ.
Opening ceremonies - Rhea and company - venue is the French Cegep
Closing ceremonies/banquet -Yola and company - venue is French Cegep cafeteria
Volunteers - Manny/Yola,Angelina - players will be asked to provide a 'volunteer' time for at least 2 hours
Financials: (management/reporting)Marly Marquez is in charge of PBAOTTAWA - Mila Almaden is in charge of any PIBNA2008

Hi Everyone,
I would like to invite each and everyone to attend this meeting which going to
be held in Assumption church this coming Thursday, February 21 at 6:00 PM. Pls. come to this meeting and invite anybody whom
you know and interested to be part of PBA committee group so that we can finalize now our plan in this upcoming event the
PIBNA. Assumption church is located between Montreal road and Olmstead st. near Vanier Parkway. Please response if you can't
